Program that uses volunteers to handle assignments and events that do not require a trained, sworn deputy. Members of the CAV program wear a uniform that identifies them as volunteers for the Sheriff's Office.  Volunteering More Information:

  • Duties may include traffic direction, representing the department at community events, parade and funeral escorts, and leading Neighborhood Watch programs
