Eligibility

Individuals 18 years or older who are male and in recovery from substance use disorders or committed to maintaining sobriety; must agree to follow program rules and participate in recovery-related activities; individuals participating in Medication-Assisted Treatment are accepted with proper medical documentation.

Photo ID proof of income or ability to pay medical or treatment records if applicable documentation for prescribed medications, including Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) if participating.
