Serves as the area agency on aging for Wicomico, Somerset, and Dorchester Counties. Single point of entry linking seniors and caregivers with adult day care, home delivered meals, legal assistance, in-home aide services, fitness and wellness, community education, transportation, senior housing, and information and referral to community agencies. also assists seniors with filling out forms.
