- May include insulation, air sealing, duct sealing, lighting replacement, appliance upgrades, and heating and cooling system repairs
- Installs smoke and carbon monoxide detectors when needed
- Does not cover windows, doors, roofs, cosmetic improvements, or large-scale mold treatment
