Offers legal assistance with civil issues, such as custody, divorce, life planning (will, power of attorney, advance medical directive), criminal record expungement, foreclosure, consumer debt, bankruptcy, and landlord/tenant. Legal Services More information: - Provides representation in court, legal advice, and document preparation for qualifying clients - Same day representation available for tenants in rent court - Research, counseling, preparation, and filing of petitions for criminal record expungement offered - Holds weekly family law clinics - Holds monthly elder law clinics and debtor assistance clinics
