Youth and Family Services More information: - Emergency financial assistance is available for evictions, utility shut-off, and prescriptions - Offers parenting education, youth mentoring, and short-term counseling - Provides case management for Maryvale Elementary School students and their families - Screening and referrals for substance abuse services available - Targets certain programs and services for Hispanic/ Latino residents
