Provides individualized employment support that helps adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities find and maintain employment. Employment Services More information:
- Identifies participant’s strengths, interests, and preferred working conditions
- Assists with job leads, applications, resumes, and interview preparation
- Offers in-person and remote job development services
- Provides one-on-one workplace support and skill development
- Includes follow-along services with at least two face-to-face contacts each month
- Coordinates short-term training and workplace support with coworkers
- Helps participants explore self-employment, business planning, funding, licensing, and marketing
