Provides opportunity for newly diagnosed individuals to receive after-surgery information and supplies to aid in recovery from breast cancer surgery and treatments. These include a Breast Cancer Treatment Handbook, an after-surgery heart pillow, a Cuddle Duds camisole for radiation patients, and post-surgical bras. Patient and Family Support
