HOMELESS OUTREACH: Offers assistance to eligible Veteran's and their families to meet with someone who will review their situation to try and make direct connections and necessary referrals with the ultimate goal for housing.

--In Baltimore City, Anne Arundel, Baltimore County, Howard, Carroll, Cecil, Harford and Eastern Shore

--Individuals and families
--If a caller seems to qualify ask if they would be interested in talking with someone from the VA about their housing situation and being screened for housing programs that serve Veteran's and their families.
--If yes, they can call Jackie Anderson at 410-637-3214.
--Individuals can also walk-in to the Homeless Walk-in Clinic if they are homeless and eligible for VA health care and other VA services.
