    SUPPORTIVE VETERANS SERVICES: Provides temporary and permanent supportive housing for Veterans.  Offers medical care and supportive services for Veterans throughout the community via an on-site clinic run by the VA. Support programs feature employment and computer training workshops, a food pantry, on-site recreation and beauty services, and various programs focused on skill-building and reintegration.

    - CHESAPEAKE VETERANS HOUSE (CVH): Offers temporary supportive housing to Veterans for up to one year while assisting them with finding employment and stable, permanent housing in order to improve their quality of life. The program provides housing; meals; transportation; case management services; employment, mental health, substance abuse, PTSD, and benefits counseling. A limited number of permanent supportive housing placements are available.

    - SOUTHEAST VETERANS SERVICE CENTER (SEVSC): Provides on-site health and medical care via the Veterans Administration-run outpatient medical clinic for use by its residents and for Veterans from across the community. Provides basic medical and preventative care, health education, mental health services, addiction counseling, comprehensive women’s health care and nutritional counseling to eligible veterans. Referral services are provided for those who require specialized care. Hours: Monday, Thursday and Fridays from 7:30AM - 4PM and on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 7AM - 3:30PM.

    Intake and Eligibility: Medical services and skill-building programs are open to United States military veterans ages 18 and older who have served after WWII. Housing programs are open to homeless Veterans.
