EDUCATION: Offers education and support for pregnant women and teens, new moms and infants. Serves to educate and inform the pregnant woman and families of the county about health and safety. Services include case management that assist girls and women throughout their pregnancy and until their baby's first birthday to connect with appropriate resources, as well as obtaining cribs for kids (families must meet guidelines), free teen childbirth classes and offers lead poison prevention program.
SAFE KIDS: Program is prevent unintentional injuries to children, ages 14 and under. Offers car seat check events and free carseats to income eligible clients.
LEAD & ASTHMA: Provides home visits available to clients with elevated blood lead levels to provide lead level assessment and care coordination for lead levels of 5pg/dl or higher.
