NOTE: Children enrolled in Washington County Public Schools and Head Start of Washington County who meet criteria for Free and Reduced Meals Program are eligible services. Collaborates witht the WCPS Homeless Coordinator to provide services to homeless children.
CLOTHING CLOSET: Parents of eligible children are able to visit the center once per month to receive gently used clothing, and winter weather items.
BACK TO SCHOOL VOUCHERS: Parents or guardians of children that have visited the center four times throughout the school year(Sept. 1-May 31) will receive a voucher to Wal-Mart to buy a new outfit, bras, shoes, or backpack etc. to start the new school year.
SCHOOL SUPPLIES: Distributed monthly from September through May. Each family may select 5 items from the school supply room to help a child replace supplies. In July and August each child can receive 5 items to assist with their classroom supply list.
HYGIENE SUPPLIES: Supplies students with items such as lice shampoo, toiletries, underwear, and socks.
DONATIONS: Gently used clothes sizes infant to Adult 3X, coats, shoes, new underwear, new socks, new toiletries, and monetary donations are needed.
