o Serves as an enrollment site for residents seeking health options through the Maryland Health Exchange.
o Provides nutrition and health awareness classes and distributes free diapers.
o Provides after school and summer enrichment programs, operates the EXCEL Academy Public Charter School for children grades K-8.
