    Payment Description: Monthly program fee is 30% of income.

    Intake and Eligibility: Homeless families. Parent must be over 21, drug free, with a child enrolled at Head Start or the Baltimore City Public Schools. Applicants MUST be able to get a BGE account in their name. Applicant must not be a registered sex offender or have any felony convictions.
