HIV CARE PROGRAMS: Offers the PACE and STAR TRACK Programs which are comprehensive HIV care programs providing a “one-stop shop” for HIV care. Offers HIV counseling and testing for HIV exposed infants, well-child care, case management, developmental assessment, specialized immunologic care, and access to research/clinical trials for families affected by HIV disease. Also serves significant emerging populations of youth such as aging perinatal infected youth and youth who acquired HIV through risky behavior who are preparing for transition from pediatric to adult care, YMSM, HIV infected transgender youth. HIV infected pregnant women who are not a patient are referred to an appropriate resource.
