    CHILDBIRTH EDUCATION: Provides childbirth classes. Content includes phases and stages of labor, breathing and relaxation techniques, positioning for comfort, the role of your partner, and medication options. Provides information on topics including the differences mothers of multiples may experience in labor and delivery, cesarean birth, postpartum recovery, breast feeding tips and practical planning advice and recommendations for baby products. Offers breastfeeding classes which includes physiology of milk production, positioning techniques, partner's involvement, schedules and tips to successfully breast feed.  Provides  infant care workshops to give participants hands-on newborn knowledge in the areas of handling, feeding, changing, soothing and playing with the baby.    Also, offers infant and child CPR heart saver certification .  Classes are offered a 3-hour class including infant and child CPR and first aid for choking victims. Infant only CPR is a 2-hour class.  Cesarean Preparation Class prepares couples for a planned cesarean birth.  Sibling Class is provided to children who are expecting a new sibling. Topics such as new born characteristics and safe handling of toys for babies are reviewed.
