    1) RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION SERVICES: Provides housing, social and independent living skills training, as well as pre-vocational skills training for deaf, deaf-blind individuals with a persistent and severe mental illness.

    2)  PSYCHIATRIC REHABILITATION SERVICES: Day Program services for individuals with severe and persistent mental illness. Focus on independent living skills, mental health education, obtaining volunteer work or employment, social skills, etc. 

    3) OUTPATIENT MENTAL HEALTH CLINIC: Supports individuals in the community, including our residential and day rehabilitation clients, with psychiatric evaluation, psychotherapy, and medication management.  We serve children, adolescents, and adults and provide interpreters who are fluent in American Sign Language (ASL) for those who are Deaf or Hard-of-Hearing.

    Intake and Eligibility: Individuals with a priority mental health diagnosis that includes schizophrenia, schizoaffective <br />disorder, delusional disorder, bipolar disorder, or major depressive disorder
