INFANTS AND TODDLERS: Provides early intervention services for infants and toddlers who are found eligible based on a 25% delay in any one area of development, qualifying diagnosis, or atypical development. Services offered include evaluations, family assessment, service coordination, audiology, physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, social work, special instruction, family training, and a transitional plan for support, if needed, after graduating from the program. Services are provided in the child's natural environment such as their home, childcare, or preschool and within naturally occurring routines using reflective coaching practices with caregivers.
FAMILY SUPPORT NETWORK: Available for any parent whose child is part of the program. It is comprised of families throughout the state who give information, training, and support. It also notifies parents of conferences and workshops.
