211 Maryland Media Contact
2-1-1 Maryland empowers individuals and communities to thrive by linking those with unmet needs to essential resources. We answered 405,702 calls in FY 20 and saw a significant spike in calls during the COVID-19 crisis. 2-1-1 serves as a central connector to health and human resources 24/7/365.
We are committed to every caller's well-being. The leading needs across Maryland include mental health, suicide/crisis needs, utility assistance, and food. We believe individuals and communities are stronger by enlisting the resources of many, rather than solely relying on the efforts of one.
